Just nice to know that a broken screw didn’t involve me having to buy a new razor (I did but I kept it as a future present for a friend or to myself) ;-)
Replacement part relatively inexpensive and it breathes new life into my 12 year old shaver. Communication was easy via email, while on the road from the Phillipines towards Singapore . Thank you
