Lisa Unger, 24:
"Shortly after my finishing my school-leaving exams, I got my first temporary job at MÜHLE. I come from the neighbouring village, so I was familiar with the company. I studied business administration and then, at the end of my studies, I did an internship at MÜHLE. During my internship, I did all the jobs that needed to be done in the office, and order acceptance for the most part. On 1 March, I started my first permanent position at the company. I work in the shipping department and I am responsible for financial accounting. As soon as a package is ready for delivery, it comes to me and I prepare the delivery note and the bill. I really like to be part of this company. We have a good working atmosphere, everyone's helpful and we all look after each other. What's more, I'm impressed by the order and cleanliness that we have here. The business management takes good care of us. For example, all women received a bouquet of flowers on International Women's Day. Such a wonderful gesture!"
